Sales & Purchase Contract Terms

This Sales Contract ("Contract") is entered into between Eagles Unchained ("Seller") and the individual or entity completing a purchase ("Buyer") through the Eagles Unchained website.

A binding contract is formed when:

1. Buyer submits an order through our website, AND

2. Seller sends an Order Confirmation email to the Buyer's registered email address.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion (e.g., due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors). If we decline your order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued promptly.

All products are described as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, texture, or size may occur and do not constitute a defect or breach of contract.

Custom or personalized items are produced to the specifications submitted at the time of order and cannot be changed after production has begun.

Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase and are inclusive/exclusive of tax as indicated at checkout.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. We accept credit/debit card and electronic funds transfer (EFT).

If a pricing error occurs, Seller will notify Buyer and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Seller is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and form part of the total purchase price.

Risk of loss passes to Buyer upon handover to the carrier. Seller is not liable for lost or damaged goods after this point; Buyer should contact the carrier directly.

Buyer should inspect all goods upon receipt. Any claim for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to Seller within 7 days of delivery, with photographic evidence where applicable.

7.1 Standard Items — Buyer may return unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy.

7.2 Custom / Personalized Items — Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

7.3 Order Cancellations — Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled; the return process must be followed instead.

All products are sold with the implied warranty that they match their description and are of satisfactory quality. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

We do not offer any extended warranty beyond that required by applicable consumer protection law unless expressly stated in the product listing.

All designs, branding, and artwork on Eagles Unchained products are proprietary. Purchase of a product grants Buyer a personal, non-commercial license to use the item. Buyer may not reproduce, copy, or sell Eagles Unchained designs without written permission.

Seller's total liability under any contract shall not exceed the purchase price paid by Buyer for the relevant order. Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in this Contract limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

This Contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of South Africa, at Seller's election.

These Sales & Purchase Contract Terms, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any applicable Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Seller and Buyer with respect to the purchase of products.
